James "Sliz" Reese is an industry anomaly. He is an artist, songwriter, producer, manager, designer, screenwriter, published author, SAG eligible actor and just an all around gifted leader. Truth Media Group is his vision and he has nurtured it through 15 years of hard work and dedication. His drive and determination set the bar for the team and he holds everyone to the highest standards on all levels.

Ian Nchami or " El Capitan" or "Cap" as he is known in the industry has been by Sliz' side for over 10 years and the bond is unbreakable. His production is the original TMG sound back to the days when CEO Sliz was the only artist on the roster. His loyalty, diligence and attention to detail are an integral part of what makes success possible for the team.
