Jimmys is our very first foray into the food universe. Our original concept includes 7 signature subs and one drink offering. Proteins are chargrilled in prep and cooked to order. Onions and Veggies are butter poached. Subs are served on a "Jimmys Sweet Roll" specially baked for the restaurant. 

Jimmy Jamz is the soon to be Caribbean cousin of Jimmys Subs. Subs will be sold on coco bread rather than the sweet rolls. Beyond the standard Jimmys staples Caribbean classics like Curry Goat, Curry Chicken, Stew Chicken etc. will also appear on the menu. This concept is currently being tested in Jamaica.

Luigi's Place is our Italian quick service concept. 9 delicious Italian favorites cooked to perfection, fast and efficiently. Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, Personal Pizzas and Strombolis to name a few. Dine in or takeout with ease. 

Mando Cafe is our plant based food concept. It is also quick service with just 10 plant based items on the menu. Its essentially a plant based burger and chicken joint. Burgers are made of a plant based smashed patty made of a delicious blend of mushrooms, black beans and other veggies.

Cauliflower wings with 25 unique sauces known as the "Mando 25". Fried string beans in place of fries. Lions Mane Mushroom "Chik'n" Sandwiches and so much more. Just a fully immersive unique plant based experience.
